We are not just a NDIS Provider; we're a family, and we extend that sense of family to our participants and community. Our mission is to create an experience where our participants and their families feel the warmth of family, the trust of a long-time friend, and the assurance of uncompromising quality. We are not just in the business of helping individuals reach their goals; we are in the business of enhancing lives, one goal at a time.

Our Story

Surmount Care is a family-owned NDIS provider, proudly founded by a mother-and-daughter team dedicated to transforming the disability and community support sector. With over 20 years of hands-on and leadership experience in aged care and disability services, our director was driven to take a stand after witnessing too many injustices in the industry.

Time and again, she saw participants treated as numbers—ignored, overcharged, and left without the meaningful support they deserve. These experiences inspired the creation of Surmount Care, a company built to do better.

Our mission is simple: to put participants at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering personalised, high-quality support services that empower individuals to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives. At Surmount Care, we believe in care that truly cares—making a lasting difference, one participant at a time.
